TERRIBLE packers and bad follow ups

Ordered a Stanley barflex at R799 paid an extra R100 for one day shipping only to get a wireless keyboard the next day( friday) it's now Tuesday and all they can say is - "I understand how frustrating this is for you but as explained we are waiting for the investigation to be completed before we finalize the drop and collect." - how the help is it my problem that they ****ed up
