Terrible online customer service from takealot

I received a notification that my package had arrived for collection upon arrival I was made to wait 20 minutes for until the woman who works there, she was very apologetic and did her due diligence and offered to deliver my package. Upon bringing it up with takealot they offered a half hearted apology and offered a refund which is definitely not what I wanted. I drove out all the way there just to be offered my money back not good enough the only reason I will give 3 stars is for the woman working at the rivonia pick up point
