Terrible non existing service

I am so tired of takealots bad service. Do they even care? People should stop using them altogether. I pay R100 every month so that when i order something i can get it sooner or the next day. This is two days now since i ordered earpods, they have stock and i am in Pretoria. But it shows not even shipped. Why?? Whats the hold up. I am canceling the subscription. I have a few words i can call them.
