Terrible incompetence and useless promises

Shocking disservice (Order # ********** 7 )

NEVER TRY TO CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS as Takelot cannot cope with such a simple request!!!

I originally placed an order which was promised to be delivered by 13 December, a deadline which Takealot missed with no notification

I requested a rerouting to my home address as our office closed on the 14th and it made no sense to waste the couriers time going to a closed office .

All in Port Elizabeth, not an outlying area

After numerous phone calls and many many emails (and not been allowed to collect the parcel myself from Mr delivery in Port Elizabeth) Takealot assured me they would deliver to my home

Now more than 3 weeks later and despite their numerous emailed promises I received an email saying that the order cannot be delivered to my home (even though they did effect a home delivery only a few days earlier for another order!)

They are planning to cancel the order through no fault of mine

SHAME ON YOU TAKEALOT
