Terrible honoring of delivery promise

I ordered a Weber gas braai, which was scheduled for delivery on 16th. This was however "missed in packing" for some reason. I requested that it please be delivered the very next day, as I have purchased a bunch on meat and planned an event around this. However takealot has advised that they are unable to assist me, and will only deliver on the friday - for something that they missed. Sad
