Terrible handling of an order

I ordered an item on Takealot (order #***) and realised that I ordered the incorrect size and type. I then requested a return which was to be replaced, but Takealot collected it and immediately replaced it with the exact same thing I ordered before and same size, and dispatched the order (order #***). I called the call centre and let them know that the order should rather be cancelled and I be credited, the lady indicated that it is already packaged and assigned for delivery so I should reject order when it arrives then they will credit my account. That did not go well. So I did exactly that, I rejected the order only for them to send it back a few days later. So I rejected it again and now they have just taken it back and not credited me. So what now? I lose R782.00?
