Terrible first impression. Item retuned no money back.

Purchased a product just to find out the product was not what was advertised. Lodged a request for refund and everything was very nice and effective up to the point where takealot collected the returned items and offered me the option to credit my takealot account with the monies paid for the purchased item just for me to find out that there is no such funds credited and now it has been almost 48 hrs with absolutely no reply from their side. Ticket was marked as "Completed" with funds "Credited" to my account but there is no funds and no reply at all. First time buying there and for sure the last one. Don't get caught by such a large *******.

Terrible first experience and I do plenty of online shopping.
