Terrible experience and customer service!

Shocking experience with TakeaLot. Paid for same day delivery. The parcel arrived same day, but without my item inside. I urgently needed it for my son's school. Called them to ask for it to be delivered the following day. They said it wouldn't be a problem. Then they called back that afternoon and they said they can't and can only refund, by that time it was too late for me to order another in time for his event. Luckily Amazon to the rescue. I ordered at 2pm and the item arrived at 6pm same day!! Will always use Amazon rather now!
