Terrible, disgusting service

I ordered something from takealot at the beginning of this month and to my surprise, my order was not delivered on time. When I checked the order status, my order was cancelled without me being notified, even now I don’t know why my order was cancelled. 2 days ago, I ordered another item which was supposed to be delivered today but the delivery was cancelled without my knowledge. I’ve never had any problems with takealot but this time this is frustrating and the service is appalling. What is even more frustrating is that there is no number where you can get ahold of them.
