Terrible delivery service Takealot.com

I have used Takealot like everyone else for many years with no hassles. I still love Takealot. The issue I am having today is with their delivery team. I am expecting a fridge today, which I really need because our food is rotting as our fridge suddenly packed up. I was initially supposed to get the fridge on 03/04 but I rescheduled because I could see I would not be available and the delivery guy called to confirm same. On 04/04 I got the famous confirmatory sms that delivery will arrive by 17:00. It’s now 18:00. No communication. No contact number that works as their call centre auto response is still in Covid lock down. I mean what kind of unprofessional and can’t give a damn attitude is that?
