Terrible delivery service

I’m appalled by the service in receiving from takealot lately I placed an order for same day delivery and paid R120 for it and they never even attempted delivery they never called and they told me they will call to reschedule the delivery I’m disgusted with the service it’s not the first time I have recommended so many people to buy from you guys never again
