Terrible Delivery Service and NO REFUND?

Order #*** Ordered and paid on 24November and the system said delivery on 27 November. Expecting the delivery to be delivered on the Tuesday they tried sending it out on the Monday. The driver then tried contacting me on a number that does not exist. The order is cancelled and returned to the warehouse but there is no refund.

It has been escalated to the finance department but still - no refund.
