Terrible delivery service

The worst service I’ve ever received from any company. My delivery was scheduled for the 16th of September and today’s the 22nd and I still haven’t received it. I’ve been waiting for a whole week for my delivery and calling in without any success. I’ve spoken to 9 different agents And they keep telling me that the delivery guy keeps going to the wrong address even though the correct one is on the system. Yet nothing has been done about it. The delivery branch has done nothing to solve this issue. Takealot has the WORST service.
