Terrible Delivery Handover

The service I received from the delivery man was the worst, he told me to come down and carry my own deliveries from his car. He was visibly in a hurry and was very unprofessional. He was rude and didn’t give great customer service. He was unapologetic about his behaviour. He want even handling my items with card and I hope none of my items are damaged. I am extremely disappointed as I’ve never had issue like this before.

Personally this was my worst interaction with a delivery person.
