Terrible Delivery Experience

I placed and paid my takealot order on 3 December, which I understand was close to Black Friday and Cyber Monday and knew that it might take a while to be delivered. My delivery was scheduled for Monday 9 December between 08:00 and 17:00, which I was happy with. Then things started going south, I was notified at 16:38 that my delivery was on route, which felt quite late, but they did say before 17:00. I got a call from a delivery person after 19:00, and this being an office delivery, I was not able to still be there at that time. So I asked for the delivery to be done the 10th, and I got a notification that the delivery failed and it will be done on the 10th of December between 08:00 and 15:00, which was fine, cause it was raining and delays might have occurred.

On the 10th, expecting my delivery to be done between 08:00 and 15:00, I got no communications. at 20:10 I got a notification : "Incorrect scheduling. Parcel not yet received. Delivery will be rescheduled."

This seems odd, as they had my order the previous day, and this was pretty **** comms from a company which is supposedly customer centric. I tried asking on Facebook what is going on, and got a notification that they are sorry it will be sent on the 11th of December between 08:00 and 15:00, I also got the notification from the site.

So now we were going for delivery attempt 3. Again no comms, asekd 14:50 of facebook, where is the order.

Got this terrible response: "Your parcel has been shipped and is currently out for delivery, please notify us the moment you receive your parcel. Thank You."

So now I had to notify them that they did their work, wow, great takealot!

To no surprise, the F##### order did not arrive in time, and only after 17:10 I got a call to ask if I am still at the office,which I was not, as I did not want to stay because I had no confidence in this team to try and deliver, they already missed the time they scheduled.

Today is attempt no 4, got no notification that the order was out for delivery this morning, so my hopes are not very high.
