Terrible delivery

Needed my purchase urgently. Paid the extra for express delivery, and it was confirmed that it would be delivered the next day. Wasn't delivered, no email or phone call. Next day, get an email saying delivery was delayed (I had figured that out by now). I had to go out, but was literally 2 minutes around the corner. When Takealot called, I said I was on the way, would be there in less than 5 minutes. When I get there, no one. Call the driver, he says he's two minutes away. So I wait.... 20 minutes later, I'm still waiting. No point in paying for express delivery.
