Terrible deliveries

For some reason take alot does not put the number for the person receiving the parcel on the parcel or delivery sheet for the delivery man. I live on a property with multiple tenants and where it is not possible to have a door bell. I also work from home and every time a tenant orders something from take alot (which happens to be quite often) the delivery man sits on his hooter until someone notices him. This is highly annoying and disruptive but the delivery guy is not at fault. Take alot needs to be giving the delivery guy numbers to contact the people with so he doesn't need to use his hooter. Not everyone has a doorbell and we give put our cell numbers on the order for a reason.
