TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I recently sent back a Speck cover which I purchased from Takelaot which says on the box of the product that it's got a lifetime warranty on it never changing color however after a few months it changed color.

TAKEALOT declined the claim on the cover.

On the app it shows return concluded however up until now I have not received my cover back.

This is absolutely pathetic from such a big company

I have being calling and emailing them week after week but still no help

I'll never ever support Takelaot ever in my life again
