Terrible customer service think twice before you order from Takelot bad experience!!!!!!!

I have ordered over the years quite a few things from Takelot, but this year their service has become very disappointing and difficult to deal with. It's like they don't even hear or try to understand you as a customer.

1 We ordered cellphones on the 18th of July. They just dropped it a wrong address. The driver never checked the Id documents, we are just thankful those people tracked us down. We were worried at that time and tried to contact takealot. They never came back to us or cared. How do you deliver expensive items like that to the wrong address and not care? It is difficult and not a joy to contact their call centre.

2. We ordered cell phone covers, and they were the wrong size and not what they said on their website. We sent it back, and our mistake was we sent it back in the open original box and asked for a refund. The covers were not damaged when we sent it but somehow when it came back to them, it was damaged. They said we damaged it, but we didn't how do you argue with that, it all just seems convenient? It is extremely difficult to get their customer service number and if you do, it's more than difficult to get real service from the call centre.

3. On 5 August, we ordered a bracket and they sent the wrong item. They are ignoring our correspondence on this. All they want to know is did we receive the package and case closed, but they are not listening or hearing the fact that we received the wrong item.
