Terrible customer service. *****ing customers money with their incompetence.

Ordered 'exercise equipment' that is necessary to assist me in my recovery for a hip surgery on the 23rd. My money was taken and all was well. I wrongly assumed that they would be delivering orders taken on the 24th as NO communication was made. Got an SMS on the 26th stating my order will be delivered 27th, only to wake up to a message stating it'll be delivered on the 17th. Surely they could've planned and asked if we could collect orders, or push to get everything delivered before the lock down. Customer service is *******, only responding with generic answers, NOT listening to the problem. And after I emailed for the fifth time they stated they would cancel my order and will put the 'value of my order items' in my account which means that they will keep the money that I paid for delivery.
