Terrible customer service — just out to milk every cent they can

I purchased a TV from Takealot.com on 25 September 2024 and it has a factor fault now. When I contacted Takealot they referred me to the manufacturer which is in China. They are refusing to replace or repair my Television. Their TV stopped working two days after the warranty expired. They are telling me about the limited Warranty. If I knew that there was such a limited Warranty I would have never used Takealot.com to do such an expensive purchase
