Terrible customer service items missing from delivery

Terrible customer service. I ordered 6 items on the 7th of October they were to be delivered on the 11th of October. Only two items were delivered the other 4 is missing but it says on the app that they all were received. I logged a query with takealot on the 12th and everyday I am following up with no response. I was told on the 12th that the warehouse was emailed. So from the 12th is takealot still waiting for feedback from the warehouse? This is so unacceptable and embarrassing these items were for a birthday present for kids which they haven't received the rest of it
