Terrible customer service from Takealot

Takealot service is terrible! Standing in a line outside the Olympus pickup point for more than 10m. The other day I was also standing outside to wait for staff to open the doors….> 5m after opening time. Over and above this, the staff here are miserable. They need to jack up their customer service!
