Terrible customer service from takealot

Hi guys.

Jst a shout out to takealot.... I was supposed to receive my order yesterday as I opted for next day delivery.... Then I was told someone messed up.

After which I was sent a very empty apology and basically told to sit there and wait.

What's the point of paying 4 next day delivery when the order arrives 4 days later. I am especially upset because the item was a birthday gift for a relative.

They have offered no form of compensation and they haven't even tried to make a way that I receive my order sooner..... Because that's all u are to them....... Just money.
