Terrible customer service, faulty/damaged products, *********** managers

Ordered ASUS laptop last week Thursday, delivery came last week Friday. Laptop had 2 major dents. Scheduled a return and replacement, it came on Monday. Laptop doesn't turn on. Phoned Takealot and asked to speak to a manager, was told no managers are there/available. Dropped the phone. Phoned again and asked to speak to a manager. Suddenly, a manager was there/available. Manager promised that a return and replacement were to happen this morning between 8 and 9. Guess what? The laptop was only picked up from the warehouse at 08:48 this morning and still needs to be delivered at the courier facility. Phoned takealot to speak to the manager that I spoke to yesterday; he is not in today. How convenient! Was referred to another manager. No sympathy whatsoever, just states that she cannot believe another manager would make such promises. Had to take off from work AGAIN (working for an hourly rate). Will not buy from takealot EVER again. Definitely do NOT recommend takealot either!
