Terrible customer service

Pathetic customer service. Unless you call they will not respond to your email. They also take forever to resolve issues. They say they respond within 24 hours to all queries but it took them days to address mine and the issue has still not been sorted. Honestly, stick to Amazon. Their customer service is excellent and they actually know how to do their jobs. I'm a TakealotMORE member but will be canceling my subscription and permanently deleting my account after the way I was treated.
