Terrible customer service ever

I'm disappointed with one of your drivers, he was supposed to deliver yesterday and when he called I was in a meeting. I called him back and he said he was already in Vaal. He then came called and said he was coming back, I asked how long it gonna take him so that I can rush home, he rudely rep**** by saying "I said I'm coming". I had already made an arrangement with a guy at a shop next door for a parcel to be delivered there and he could sign for it. When the driver got there I asked him to give the phone to the guy at the shop so that can confirm it's really my parcel, he refused, dropped the call and we back with my parcel. My order number was :***1. I would like to lay a formal complaint against him
