Terrible customer service

I always enjoyed shopping at takealot and enjoyed the convenience which is great, but once you have a problem it’s an absolute nightmare to deal with their customer service. Their service is terrible and they are not at all helpful. It’s so sad that a company with such great potential is being run down by the people working for the company.
