TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DEFECT GOODS WITH NO RETURN

Take a lot sent me a defect mist fan and then when I logged a return, they approved it and I also have this on email, a week later the mist fan is delivered to my work address with no notification of the delivery and it could have been delivered to anyone without my knowledge, ONLY FOR THEM TO RETURN THE SAME DEFECT FAN to me. on the system it says concluded but HOW????

Now I have just lost R1700 because of this nonsense & I have to buy a new fan again . This is horrible.
