Terrible customer service.

Hope and pray that nothing goes wrong when you order products from Takealot. The customer service is absolutely apalling. I approached them via email and Facebook due to a glitch on their system and approximately 15 attempts and explaining the problem over and over to several agents I am still where I started. They are most definitely not interested in providing support when something goes wrong but simply want your money. Shocking that such a big company value their customers so little.
