Terrible customer service by takealot

Placed an order yesterday for same day delivery. Paid extra for the order to be delivered same day. Order was supposed to be delivered before seven in the evening, which it stated, until 99 when it reflectedit would only be delivered today. Why give the option then? Why promise a service which can't be rendered? Not the first time. Another big company that can handle "small" complaints like this and do nothing about it. As long as the money keeps rolling in who needs customer service?
