Terrible customer service and communication!!!

This is not the first I am completely let down by Takealot's terrible service.

My order was placed and paid for, delicery date set as 1 September. I have still not received my package nor received any confirmation what the hell is going on, and it is now 3 September!!

Never mind the fact that they are COMPLETELY UNREACHABLE by phone, the communication is sucky at best. Terrible terrible terrible

Where is my package!!!!

Terrible service and will not recommend this to anyone. I cannot wait for Amazon to come to South Africa and take these jokers out
