Terrible Customer Service

I am so sad and mad, This is the 3rd week now i am waiting for both my orders and every week i get an update on Items that were not out of stock when i ordered and i am being told that they are out of order and delivery gets rescheduled all the time, No telephone line where i can call and lay am complaint, just email service on their website that is never rep**** to. Now Yesterday i received a text that they tried to deliver and i was unreachable and it is a lie, i never missed any call. today i got a call from their so called driver and he demanded that i open my gate and he refused to give me his name, why i ask him why he asked " if i want my parcel or not". Like what have i done to deserve such a bad service. This driver when i ask him what will happen after i open the gate without him telling his name and it doesn't sit well with me because we had burglary in our complex 2 days ago he hung up the phone on me.

I placed order worth about R9000 and they still don't want to release it because there are two Items worth R1600 that are on back order. If i orderred separately they would still deliver twice the order is above the delivery threshold.
