Terrible customer service

Horrible customer service at Takealot! You can't get hold of anyone that can help you with a simple delivery query. Tried calling and email however no answer. Absolutely pathetic service I'm getting from them. My order hasn't arrived as my order tracker estimated and I'm in the dark to when I will receive my order. This will definitely be the last I am ordering from them.
