Terrible Customer Service

<p>Nowhere on their website can you find a contact number or email address for Takealot.com. I had to google and found a number on facebook for Takalot's customer care line: ********** .</p> <p>They cancelled my order after they can't source it from their supplier. This after the website mentioned that they do have it in stock. I received an email informing me that my order was cancelled and asking me whether I would like a refund. I've rep**** twice to that email - without any response - hence my witchunt for a contact number.</p> <p>After getting through to a person on the phone line, he mentioned that Takealot will only be able to process the refund during the course of the day - remember they cancelled the order due to an issue on their side. After that it may take up to 7 days to reflect in my bank account...</p>
