Terrible customer service

Never had a bad experience before with Takealot but the service on this occasion has been pathetic. Returned an item on 23 Dec and still no feedback. They don't stick to their policy of updating customers and are also slow to respond when I'm forced to chase them. Seems customer service is going out the window. I would avoid buying expensive appliances from them, they don't seem to have the ability to deal with their suppliers and then just leave customers without any updates or feedback.
