Terrible customer service

I purchased some items from takealot among them was a double pack of diapers which I ordered but I received a single packet not the double as per my order. I have contacted takealot countless times via phone calls and emails and their help portal to try and get the missing item but the process is long and tideous. All the consultants I have spoken to are awaiting feedback from the warehouse from the 2nd of December today is the 7th. This is terrible service as you should try to get the missing items to your customers as soon as possible. Mistakes happen we all understand that but why not try to fix them on time. I have been a loyal customer for years but guess takealot has too many customers to care. Very dissatisfied
