TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Takealot have kept rejecting my honest and accurate review of two defective printer cartridges I purchased which were excluded from returns. The products were advertised as compatible with a specific printer model and I want to warn other customers not to purchase the product for that specific model.

It is not the first time having customer service related issues with Takealot. I previously purchased a product which was advertised as in stock but which was subsequently cancelled allegedly due to no stock. I was thereafter informed that it was an erroneous cancellation and there was stock. The product was not removed from the online shop. I thereafter placed another order for the same product advertised as in stock and the same problem occurred. I wasted coupons placing orders and was not reimbursed for the delivery costs.
