Terrible Customer Service

If I could give a zero rating then I would. 2 weeks ago I made an order of just under R2000. A week later the order came and the box was open. Half the items weren't there. Then another week of emailing and calling to only receive credit back for the items not received and only R100 extra for the inconvenience. Not taking into account the money and time I had to take to purchase elsewhere and also the effort I had to take to constantly email and call to follow up. Worst customer servicer ever!
