Terrible customer Service

Take a lot providing the worst experience, I have used your services for years never have I had such a terrible experience. My order was delivered with items missing. I logged an incident on the day of delivery 28/08/2024. It has taken them 5 days to investigate the matter, and 5 days to ask me to provide pictures of the items they delivered. How does pictures of what was delivered assist in investigating why some items are missing? I Understand the need to perform due diligence , however After having used your services for years, with a clear track record of zero complaints about missing items, how am I being made to jump through hoops to prove that your company messed up my order?
