Terrible customer service

So you place an order on takealot and you pay extra for over night shipping, you get your package the next day and one of the items is wrong and another is broken. You log a return and they tell you you will get the replacement the next day. 3 days later and still nothing, the. I drive to the warehouse in Montague gardens and they tell me it will take 3 days, I ask to speak to a manager and he hands me a phone and tells me if you want to speed up the process you can call customer care as we only handle the return?????

I also asked for a customer care manager to give me a call 3 days ago and still nothing.
