Terrible customer service

Im so dissappointed with the pathetic customer service ive received today.<br> <br> First they changed my delivery time from 3pm to 5pm and then to the driver leaving my workplace without contacting me so i could go out and sign for the delivery. Im not sure if that driver expected to find me waiting for him at the reception or?? <br> <br> I phoned in twice and none of the customer service agents got back to me to let me know whats the status of the delivery.<br> <br> I want my item delivered today as promised n expected.
