Terrible customer care

<p>Order ********** - claimed they delivered - was never delivered TO ME</p> <p>RRN-0229-b57 - collected as a return but never refunded or credited. Nobody able to resolve this.</p> <p>RRN-9c06-f25a - collected but nobody at Takealot can locate the item</p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT IS GOING ON TAKEALOT???</p> <p> </p> <p>Daily calls to call center and have to explain the story from scratch each time to a different agent who actually do not have the training to deal with the general public.</p> <p> </p> <p>Takealot does not come back to me despite promises to do so.</p> <p>Zero customer retention concern!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Loot.co.za is much better !</p>
