Terrible courier services with an unhelpful service center.

This is my fourth and final attempt at using Takealot. All three experiences have been terrible; Late deliveries, damaged goods, unresponsive customer service and clueless call center staff. Not to mention the website tracking system which never seems to be accurate. I have never felt so taken advantage of by an online store (I mainly shop online, so this is tragic!) Appalling service that needs to change soon before they lose all their customers.
