Terrible Courier Service

Today I was informed that my parcel had been shipped to the incorrect courier facility. This is the second time they've done this. First time I waited for my delivery for I think 3 weeks when I was promised a few days, all because they delivered to the incorrect courier facility. My current order is sitting in Cape Town!!! The delivery went from Johannesburg to Cape Town!!! And I am based in the North West, how could they miss that?

The call center personnel at Takelot are great. Also, I have always received my parcels but normally late. The couriers are doing a poor show and it needs to be addressed.
