Terrible Courier company choices

Absolutely disgusting service. I have been phoning since Wednesday to find out where my parcel is no one can tell me anything except it’s been loaded on the manifest. I phoned the courier company on Thursday and I was then told it will be delivered today. Guess what it’s still loaded on the manifest. I will not use this company ever. This is the sad part of being a customer of Takealot. This parcel has been paid for in full on 23 May 2022 and was promised to be delivered by 8 June 2022. If I use The Courier Guy I get next day delivery. Absolutely shocking service.
