Terrible communication on an incorrect delivery

We placed an order which was delivered on the 12th of November. The order was partially wrong. We received half of our order and the other half we returned. The remaining items on our order have not yet been delivered - over 2 weeks later. The replacement items (although the wrong quantity) are sent to the wrong address, even after w confirm the delivery address via telephone or on email. We have called the call center for the past few days but nobody can assist us. This is absolute terrible service and very very poor customer service.
