terrible communication

I placed an order a week ago and they said my delivery would arrived on the 25th of May and yes i understand due to this current situation, it is hard to deliver but the communication is terrible from them! They do not give me tracking updates on my order and I have sent them emails and they will not update my tracking information. A delay in delivery is understandable, but communication is so important and takealot needs to work on that.
