Terrible behaviour from Takealot's MRD driver

<p>I am a customer of Takealot for almost 2 years, i placed an order on the 31st of July 2017, the delivery was schedueled to me on Monday the 7th of August. I then received a sms on the morning of the 7th stating that my delivery will be delivered to me before 5PM that afternoon. At 14:30PM i logged on to my email, only to realize that Takealot had sent me an email stating that my order had already been delivered, which surprised me as i did not receive any order. I call Takealot and was advised that i will be called back once clarification has been made with the driver.</p> <p>They then called the driver and he advised the consultant that he could not find the address so he delivered it to another office at a building at the front of our office, this office belongs to on of the political parties and when the driver returned on Tuesday he went to the office at which the parcel was left, only to find that they were closed and will be the entire day, including Wednesday which was womens day.</p> <p>I then received an email from Takealot stating that my ordered can only be delivered on the 10th of August due to the political office being closed for the 2 days - The takealot driver hadnt even called me before despatching my order to an unknown individual, to which it was even stated to me that the order had been signed by "Zeyn Sheik" and i told i never signed for an order neither do i have my order in my possession - so theres nothing i can do until another office opens that is not even linked to Takealot in any way - this is the worst service ever and after this experience i dont think i would purchase anything in the future from this store - imagine if my order contained personal items that were not for the eyes of anyone but me, yet now an unknown person has access to my order - i'm certainly not happy about this!</p>
