Terrible bad service ever

Extremely bad service. I have placed an order on 02/12/2025. when I have placed my order, it stated the items was in stock and the delivery period will be 2-3 days. thereafter (last week I received an email (delay in delivery)that my order will only be delivered on 24/12/2025. Two days later I received another email indicating that the order will now only be delivered on 31/01/2025. (all last week) Today I received an email which indicates one of the items was cancelled - they need to update the online items and availability when advertising online and make sure all their info is correct. I was furious and tried to get in contact with them, with no such luck as that electronic customer chat box do not understand or realize what the real issue is. I mean I am unable to explain exactly why I am so furious and that I think that their service and online shopping app is so bad quality and service.
